Anna's detailed frame warranty policy

To ensure maximum benefit for customers, Anna applies a transparent frame warranty policy backed by professional repair support.

1. Cases eligible for replacement or repair

Manufacturing defects: free replacement or repair. Frame issues from over-tight lens fitting: covered for 60 days from purchase. Lifetime repair privilege: free repair and accessory replacement (subject to availability) for any frame, even ones not bought at Anna.

2. Cases outside warranty scope (repair still supported)

Frames broken or deformed by external force: Anna helps re-shape and repair where possible. Lost accessories: repaired if replacement parts are available. Heat damage, scratches from impact, and natural wear are outside free warranty but Anna still offers technical support.
